Corrections and updates: what helps most

A lot changes on Kefalonia from one season to the next, and readers on the island are often the first to notice. Especially useful are new sailing times on ferry routes such as Kyllini–Poros or Fiskardo–Vasiliki, different ticket prices or opening hours at the Melissani Cave, a closure of the road down to Myrtos Beach after a rockfall, or a harbour where boat hire rules or departure points have changed.

Please tell us which page you were reading and what you found on the spot and, if you can, the date and the source, such as a photo of a timetable or the operator's website. Wherever possible we check reports against official sources before updating a page, and each practical guide shows the date it was last reviewed.

Bookings, changes and refunds

Real Kefalonia is not a tour operator and does not sell or manage bookings. Tours and transfers booked through links on this site are booked directly with the platform or company concerned, which handles payment and customer service. For a change, a cancellation or a refund, contact the platform where you booked; its contact details are usually in your confirmation email.

Boat operators, hotels, tavernas and other businesses on Kefalonia are welcome to write with proposals, corrections about their own services or news for the coming season.
